Message	and pick them up (a nice hour wait in line). You hand in your old ones and that's it. This is, of course, assuming you checked the plate availibility online (looks like you did). You said you were wondering if you pay at the DMV... I thought I had to send in payment with the form? Can't remember.... may want to check the site again for an answer to that. It's a long wait, but worth it. -Tim
